As Employer's Agent, we ensure the project is structured correctly, and the scheme's investment value is protected. In addition to representing our client, we will administer the contract, complete all appointments, warranties, and other key legal documents, and organise, chair, and record meetings / key events.

We are there to support, advise, and organise our clients. Depending on the requirement, one of our senior project managers or project surveyors will fulfil the role, with backup support from the wider technical team.
